Ways to de-stress

De- stressing is important because stress can negatively impact both your mental and physical well-being.


See some ways below to possibly help you to De-Stress:

  • Take a walk in nature or a nearby park.

  • Practice deep breathing exercises or meditation.


Creative Outlets


  • Engage in hobbies like painting, drawing, or crafting.

  • Write in a journal to express your thoughts and feelings.

  • Listen to music or play a musical instrument.


Social Connections


  • Spend time with friends or family.

  • Join a club or group that shares your interests.

  • Volunteer for a cause you care about.


Mindfulness and Relaxation


  • Practice mindfulness meditation to stay present.

  • Try progressive muscle relaxation techniques.
